Release Upgrade to Apache 2.4 Balancer-Status-Page latest
There were some changes in the balancer-manager page from Apache 2.2 to Apache 2.4. As there is no machine readable version from the balancer-manager (as there is for the apache status), the page has to be parsed manually and therefore is prune to layout changes.
