check_interfaces

This release only adds the --version flag to solely print the version of this program. This should ease package management tasks

This is mostly a bugfix release to correct a long standing issue where check_interfaces crashed with certain network devices. Also the option --port was added to allow specifying an alternative Port, which is mostly useful for testing.
